Island 2: Forest
Forest is a common player name for the second numbered island. Find the lakeside leech quest giver: the local guide says to collect three ground leeches for special bait. A v1.05 speedrun uses dynamite and a pistol as one option. Check the quest counter before starting.
Before leaving the lake
- Hand in three leeches and equip the reward bait.
- Bring an affordable weapon and ammunition.
- After Giant Piranha, check the reward and route prompt.
The v1.1.3 table lists Beginner Lure here and says ordinary fish follow bait, not water. Follow numbered stages and map markers when names vary. Previous: Island 1; next: Island 3. Reviewed 26 October 2026; community reports, not our playtest.
