Leeches: where to find the three quest pickups
Search the grass around the settlement on Forest, the second main island. These leeches are collected on foot; fishing in the lake will not fill the request.
From pickups to boss bait
Talk to the lakeside woman, collect three, then return for the Modified Leech reward. Community tables also call the reward Leech Bait.
Check before another search
- Read the quest counter so you know whether collection is complete.
- Check the NPC dialogue for the bait reward.
- Once you have the reward, prepare for combat rather than continuing to collect.
Full next step: summon and beat Giant Piranha. Keep its skeleton for the later hand-in.
